Tours & Travel Terms and Conditions.


All tours are open for early booking. A deposit of 25% per person of the total price is required to confirm tour booking. Receipt of deposit will be taken as an understanding by Abboud Tours & Travel that the customer has checked and confirmed the travel arrangements and has read and agreed to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to release the booking without notice if no deposit has been made within 7 days after receiving your booking request. The agent / traveler may make reservations by email, website, shop, or fax when we both accept the programs and their cost and terms.

Group-Sized Pricing & Group Minimums.

Many trips are guaranteed to depart at prices send by email with as few as four participants. However, in some cases, it's necessary to adjust prices to reflect smaller group sizes. We do everything we can to make a trip operate as planned even with four participants. Additional costs for small group amounts vary from trip to trip. The final decision to cancel a trip due to insufficient sign up is made 20 days before departure.

Final Payment.

Payment in full must be made no later than 15 days before the tour starts. All quotations in US dollars. Unless agreed in advance in writing


Can be made by informing Abboud Tours in writing no later than 30 days before the commencement date of the trip. We will inform you whether your proposed changes will be possible. We will not be responsible for extra costs caused by delaying flights, weather, acts of war, or any other factors beyond our control

Cancellation Fees and Refunds Policy.

Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given as follows

A confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused service on or after commencement date

In case a cruise will not dock in the Ashdod / Haifa ports due to weather conditions or any other circumstances, we will refund the payment.

Abboud Tours cannot guarantee the provision of services by third party providers such as hotels and in cases where hotels are not available at the confirmed terms, may switch guests to another property of a comparable level. Hotel Check-in time 15:00 – check out time 11:00. Extended check-in / check out times may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels

Travel Insurance

Abboud Tours requests that all persons who book tours with us buy appropriate insurance policies. It is suggested that you buy travel insurance in your home country that adequately covers medical costs, emergency rescue expenses, the cost of trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and any other mishaps. Abboud Tours will assist in emergency situations when possible.

Payment Method

Write to Abboud Tours for preferred payment procedures. Bank transfers are usually recommended. Advance payment can be made through Visa / Master credit card. Copies of the passport and the credit card holder’s identity are required with payment. Advance payment can also be made by Western Union. Payment by credit card will accrue an additional charge of 3.75 % The rate of exchange in force on the day of payment will be used.

Validity of Rates

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

All rates are quoted in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.


A traveler who is refused passage across a border by a government or authority, or decides to withdraw at their own discretion at any stage during the tour, will not be entitled to claim any refund whatsoever If you encounter any problems, you should try and solve them directly whilst on holiday. If that is not possible, please handle the situation in writing within 30 days of completing your Abboud Tours arrangements.


You must familiarize yourself with any visa and health requirements that may be applicable. You are responsible for all entry/exit health and any other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of Abboud Tours. We will not be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above. We recommend that you be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay overseas.


Abboud Tours & Travel, as a tour operator, acts only as an agent. We reserve the right to substitute hotels and to alter itineraries, withdraw any tour, and make desirable changes for the convenience of the operation of the tour. Abboud Tours shall hold no responsibility as a result, for itinerary alterations, delays, or cancellations because of strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, acts of war, or other causes beyond its control Abboud Tours reserves the right to retain or to decline to accept any tour member for any reason before or during the tour All itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact the office to verify current itineraries and prices. All travelers must be self-reliant. If that is not the case, a friend or relative must accompany those who require assistance. Abboud Tours cannot provide individual assistance for any traveler. Travelers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they plan to use the hotel swimming pool. All children and elderly persons must always be accompanied by capable adults while using any swimming pool during the tour. If there is no lifeguard on the premises, travelers will be liable for swimming at their own risk.
